Supporting Neurodiversity
For individuals, families and organizations

What I do!
I Support All People Touched or Impacted By Neurodiversity!
I support the human brain in its daily life! I am often asked why I do this job. The reason is simple, for a neuroinclusive culture where everyone affected by neurodiversity feels supported and equipped to reach their full potential!
We experience our share of challenges through the different chapters of our lives; childhood, adolescence, adulthood and growing old. I believe in prevention through raising awareness, educating and providing supports. I look to normalise the need for support as it is an essential component to our capacity to navigate through the experiences we face through our lives. Some examples may be personal image, identity quest, self-esteem, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, interpersonal skills, school, bullying, parenting, healthy boundaries and transitions to schools and into the workplace. The neurodivergent person will also navigate the harmful effects of masking, overstimulation, isolation, invisibility, bullying, burnout and much more. Although experiencing some of these issues may be inevitable, it is possible to travel through it gently and with support.
During our meetings, we explore the causes related to the problems or challenges you are experiencing and discuss the best support options for you. Together, we identify what you need and what can motivate you to learn more about yourself. I accompany children step by step with emotional regulation in a fun and playful environment. I support teens in finding ways to navigate anxiety, overcome obstacles so that they know they have the strength to build their self-esteem and provide a safe space for this journey. I am dedicated to guide neurodivergent women realize that the exhaustion they are experiencing is related to sensory overload, or to the 'masking' that has naturally set in from a young age to survive the social situations, professional activities and relational expectations that are often imposed on us. If you are going through a period of exhaustion, moments of impulsiveness that bother you, low self-esteem or searching for mearning, I can help! I have personally traveled these paths, combined with my education and training, which has led me here today. I am committed to respecting your rhythm, adapting to your needs, and ensuring you see the best in you!
Feel free to reach out and see how I can support you!
